Product Description
Our Ukrainian Sausage, also known as Kovbasa, is crafted in the traditional Eastern European style. We use high-quality pork, natural seasoning, garlic and a slow smoking process over hardwood to achieve a deep, authentic flavour without artificial smoke flavouring.
This sausage is ideal for serving on charcuterie boards, slicing cold with pickles, pan-searing with potatoes, grilling, or adding to soups and holiday dishes.
