Our Traditional Ukrainian Semifat Ham is made from select whole-muscle pork and smoked slowly over natural hardwood. The semifat cut creates the ideal balance between tenderness, juiciness, and deep smokehouse flavour.
Each batch is produced in limited quantities using heritage Ukrainian techniques. Unlike mass-market deli hams, this is not pressed meat, not injected with water, and not artificially flavoured — just real handcrafted ham made the old-world way.
