Product Description
Our cold-smoked mackerel is crafted in small batches using North Atlantic fish and a slow fruitwood smoke. The result is firm yet tender flesh with a rich, oily mouthfeel and a clean, pronounced smoke aroma.
This product is ideal for smoked fish platters, open-faced sandwiches, salads, or simple snacks with rye bread, butter, and pickles.
